What Is It All about?

The program consists of 3 phases of yoga exercises. They are arranged very carefully to ensure that you will burn fat and tone your body progressively without stress or strain. What’s Included?

Each of the three phases of the program includes 3 workouts, which last around 45 to 50 minutes, plus an introductory video. The optimal time for completing each phase is 4 weeks. It is possible to reduce this time if you are confident about your flexibility, but if you are new to yoga or don’t have much experience, I suggest following the recommendations given by Zoe strictly. This is what I did and wanted to highlight it in my Yoga Burn review.

The first phase is called Foundational Flow and is designed to teach you the fundamentals of yoga. I was surprised how intense and how pleasant the exercises were at the same time – perfect balance. I started noticing improvement during the first week! Can you imagine?

The second phase, Transitional Flow, is somewhat challenging, but I didn’t feel overwhelmed even though I’m in my 40’s. With it, you can literally your feel belly fat melting. The key thing is to follow the instructions strictly to maximize results.

The Mastery Flow phase is the final one and combines the exercises from the first two in unique sequences for the highest possible impact on your body. By this time, you should have the skill, balance and agility to do everything flawlessly. This is what happened with me and I really wanted to boast with this in my Yoga Burn review. I’m pretty sure that all women can achieve this, regardless of their age.

The bonuses, which are included in the package, are truly valuable. The Tranquility Flow is a 15-minute relaxation session which I’m doing every day. The Tips and Tools bonus video helped me a lot with figuring out how to breathe correctly. It offers amazing support.

It worked and continues to work for me as I keep following the program. It’s the best exercise routine which I’ve ever used for a number of reasons.
